Is it because I'm different?

I've been wanting to do this look for months but didn't know how to come about doing it. So i've explored the steampunk region and this is what i came up with . Lovely Liar was meant to collaborate with me on this theme but sadly she's in a make-up funk but i'm still rooting for her on this!!
